Still no reply from Sol melia

Sent the email again, but still no reply.

Well we arrive next Monday, so we will see for ourselves what the hotel is like. I intend to update the blog by sending emails via my mobile phone, so I'll keep the blog up to date.

We have booked to stay at the Sol Piramide Hotel, Salou because we have stayed ay other Sol hotels and always loved it. However we have been reading some reviews on the internet about the hotel and are abit worried.
